You cannot return an item because you change your mind.
If the item is faulty, damaged or unfit for use through no fault of yours you should contact the Everyday Rewards Service Centre by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to organise its repair, replacement or return.
Where you have purchased an item through a Rewards referral, you will need to deal directly with the providers supplying the item regarding any questions or issues you have.
