In this guide, Roll-it Super Pty Ltd is referred to as, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’.

You indicate your acceptance of these terms by clicking “Accept” or by continuing to use any part of the Roll-it Platform or by accessing your Member Account.  If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Use, you must stop using the Roll-it Platform and accessing your Member Account, if you have one.

Nature of advice and fund selection

The Roll-it Platform allows Members to easily compare past investment performance and fees for third party superannuation funds available in the Australian market.

The information provided on the Roll-it Platform:

  • is of a general nature only and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or specific needs; and
  • does not constitute financial, investment, professional, legal or taxation advice.

The ranking of superannuation funds is based on historical data compiled by our third party Partner and does not constitute a recommendation of any particular superannuation fund or product. You should not rely on this information without considering your own financial situation and needs, reading the relevant Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for the product, and obtaining independent advice or contacting the superannuation fund as needed before making an investment decision.

Roll-it Super does not give any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information provided on the Roll-it Platform. Although Roll-it Super makes every reasonable effort to maintain current and accurate information, you should be aware that there is still the possibility of inadvertent errors and technical inaccuracies. Roll-it Super will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage caused by reliance on the information provided on the Roll-it Platform, or for any financial losses arising as a result of your superannuation fund and investment selection.

You should also consider:

  • Past performance information detailed on the Roll-it Platform is not a reliable indicator of future performance and future returns are not guaranteed
  • Combining, rolling over or consolidating your super from your existing fund should only be undertaken after you investigate if exit fees may be applied by your existing fund, and the impact such action will have on other benefits provided by your fund, such as insurance.

Partner Services

Roll-it Super works with several partner organisations (together referred to as our Partners) to provide you with certain services (Partner Services) associated with the Roll-it Platform. Whilst Roll-it Super makes every reasonable effort to arrange for the provision of high quality Partner Services for the benefit of its Members, to access such Partner Services you will deal directly with each Partner via the Roll-it Platform. As a result, your use of each Partner Service is governed by the terms and conditions issued by that Partner.

The inclusion of a Partner Service on the Roll-it Platform does not indicate any representation by Roll-it Super as to the quality, timeliness, cost or any other aspect of that Partner or the Partner Services for which they are responsible, and Roll-it Super does not accept liability for any loss or damage incurred as a result of using the Partner Services.  You also agree that Roll-it Super is not responsible or liable in any way for any content or material of Partner Services which you may access through the Roll-it Platform.
