Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the website located at https://rollitwealth.com/ (Website), the Rollit Wealth mobile application (App) and the Rollit Wealth Platform (together referred to as the Rollit Platform), owned and operated by Roll-it Super Pty Ltd (Rollit), (ACN 611 756 140), AFSL Authorised Representative No. 1273703 of MSC Advisory Pty Ltd. (ACN 607 459 441, holder of Australian Financial Services Licence No. 480649), which is licensed to provide general financial advice services and deal in financial products. In this guide, Roll-it Super Pty Ltd is referred to as, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between us and you relating to your use of the Rollit Platform.

You indicate your acceptance of these terms by clicking “Accept” or by continuing to use any part of the Rollit Platform or by accessing your Member Account. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Use, you must stop using the Rollit Platform and accessing your Member Account, if you have one.

Nature of advice

The Rollit Platform allows Members to compare, manage or access information on a range of personal financial services including property, superannuation and spending.

The information provided on the Rollit Platform:

  • is of a general nature only and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or specific needs; and

  • does not constitute financial, investment, professional, legal or taxation advice.

Performance data where provided is based on historical data compiled by third parties and does not constitute a recommendation of any particular superannuation fund or investment product. You should not rely on this information without considering your own financial situation and needs, reading the relevant Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for the product, and obtaining independent advice or contacting the superannuation fund as needed before making an investment decision.

Rollit does not give any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information provided on the Rollit Platform. Although Rollit makes every reasonable effort to maintain current and accurate information, you should be aware that there is still the possibility of inadvertent errors and technical inaccuracies. Rollit will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage caused by reliance on the information provided on the Rollit, or for any financial losses arising as a result of your superannuation fund and investment selection.

You should also consider:

  • Past performance information detailed on the Rollit Platform is not a reliable indicator of future performance and future returns are not guaranteed

  • Combining, rolling over or consolidating your super from your existing fund should only be undertaken after you investigate if exit fees may be applied by your existing fund, and the impact such action will have on other benefits provided by your fund, such as insurance.

Partner Services

Rollit works with several partner organisations (together referred to as our Partners) to provide you with certain services (Partner Services) associated with the Rollit Platform. Whilst Rollit makes every reasonable effort to arrange for the provision of high-quality Partner Services for the benefit of its Members, to access such Partner Services you will deal directly with each Partner via the Rollit Platform. As a result, your use of each Partner Service is governed by the terms and conditions issued by that Partner.

The inclusion of a Partner Service on the Rollit Platform does not indicate any representation by Rollit as to the quality, timeliness, cost or any other aspect of that Partner or the Partner Services for which they are responsible, and Rollit does not accept liability for any loss or damage incurred as a result of using the Partner Services. You also agree that Rollit is not responsible or liable in any way for any content or material of Partner Services which you may access through the Rollit Platform.

Personal Information

In order to operate and improve the Rollit Platform, Rollit may monitor and record certain aspects of your use of the Rollit Platform. All information collected is regulated by Rollit’s Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable Australian laws. You authorise Rollit to collect, store and use such information, which includes the provision of your personal information to the Partners for the purposes of providing you with Partner Services, and waive any right of action in connection with the collection, storage and use of such information by Rollit.

Personal Use Only

The Rollit Platform is made available to you for your personal use only. You must not display, distribute, license, perform, publish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, create derivative works from, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transfer or upload for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Rollit Platform.

You agree that you won’t, and won’t permit anyone else to, use any data mining, robots, scraping or similar data gathering or collection tools or methods in connection with the Rollit Platform.

Use of the Rollit Platform

You must use the Rollit Platform in a responsible manner. You must not attempt to breach or circumvent Rollit Platform security (Hacking) or use the Rollit Platform in connection with any Hacking activities. In addition, you must not use the Rollit Platform to:

  • breach any law, third party rights or any applicable codes or regulations;

  • send unsolicited or unwelcome messages;

  • mislead or deceive;

  • post or transmit information that infringes the rights of a third party, including the right of privacy or publicity;

  • cause the spread of a virus or another harmful object;

  • post or transmit junk mail, "spam" or "chain letters";

  • collect or store personal data about others without permission;

  • promote in any way illegal or unwelcome activities; or

  • undertake promotions or commercial activity.

You acknowledge that the App may not be exported or re-exported (a) into any U.S.-embargoed countries or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals List or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List or Entity List. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list.

Service Changes

We are always looking for ways to improve the Rollit Platform which means we may add or remove functionality or features, or we may suspend or stop the provision of services via the Rollit Platform altogether.

Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge and agree that the Rollit Platform may contain content, features, information or technology that are protected by intellectual property laws including but not limited to: copyright, patent, trademarks and database rights. All such intellectual property rights are owned (or licensed) to Rollit and nothing in these Terms of Use transfers any of those rights to Rollit Platform visitors or Members.

Unless expressly provided herein or in accordance with copyright law, you are only permitted to print and download extracts from the Rollit Platform if you comply with the following:

no documents or related graphics on the Rollit Platform are modified in any way; no graphics on the Rollit Platform are used separately from accompanying text; no third party or end-user licenses are breached; and Rollit’s copyright and trademark notices appear unobscured in all copies.

Third-Party Material and Linked Websites

For your convenience, Rollit may provide links or access to other websites and locations on the Internet, that are not under the control of Rollit (Linked Websites), through the Rollit Platform. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by Rollit and Rollit has no control over the content of such Linked Websites. You acknowledge and agree that Rollit is not responsible or liable in any way for such Linked Websites including any damage or loss caused or suffered in any way in connection with your use or reliance on such Linked Websites. Your use of such Linked Websites is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

While Rollit aims to keep the Rollit Platform available 24 hours a day and free from errors, it is possible that part or all of the Rollit Platform may be temporarily inaccessible or may not function properly, or the Rollit Platform could contain errors, inaccuracies and omissions.

Rollit provides the Rollit Platform "as is" and makes no warranties of any kind, implied or express, except as required by law. You agree that all warranties, express or implied, are excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rollit excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered in connection with the use of the Rollit Platform, or in connection with the inability to use this Rollit Platform.

Rollit makes no representations concerning any data, Partners, Partner Services or other information contained in or accessed through the Rollit Platform. Rollit will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, copyright compliance, or legality of material, data or other information contained in or accessed through the Rollit Platform.

Latest Versions

We may vary these Terms of Use in the future. The most recent version can always be accessed at https://rollitwealth.com/. Changes will not apply retrospectively but by continuing to use the Rollit Platform you will be taken to have agreed to any updated Terms of Use.


If you fail to comply with these Terms of Use, and we don’t take action right away, that doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future). If it turns out that a particular part of these Terms of Use is not enforceable, this will not affect any other part.

If you are using the App, you acknowledge and agree that any mobile application platform (such as Android, Apple or others) is a third party beneficiary of these Terms of Use and may enforce these Terms of Use against you.


The contents of the Rollit Platform have been prepared for residents of Australia only, and Rollit makes no representation or warranty in relation to the suitability of the Rollit Platform for persons outside Australia.

The laws of the State of Victoria, Australia govern these Terms of Use. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria, Australia in relation to any disputes or claims.

Termination of membership

For employee Members, your employer is responsible for payment of the fees charged by Rollit to enable your access to the Rollit Platform. Your Employer will also determine the criteria, relevant to your organisation, that enable your access to the Rollit Platform. Rollit has no role, responsibility or obligation regarding these eligibility criteria. As a result, your Employer may terminate your access to the Rollit Platform by instructing Rollit directly.

For Members who have funded their own membership, you may stop using the Rollit Platform at any time by contacting Rollit customer service at info@rollitwealth.com. Please note in order to terminate your membership your account must be fully paid up as at the end date. You will be required to pay any outstanding fees before ending your membership.
